Patient Terms of Use
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Patient") and RehabX ("Platform"). By creating an account, you agree to these terms.
1. Booking, Payments & Refunds
RehabX ensures transparent pricing. By booking a session, you agree to the following financial terms:
- Online Consultations: Must be 100% pre-paid via the App (Easypaisa, Jazzcash, Card).
- Home Sessions: Can be paid via App (preferred) or Cash to the therapist upon session completion.
- Instant Refunds: If a therapist cancels or fails to show up, 100% of the pre-paid amount is instantly credited to your RehabX Wallet.
2. Cancellation Policy
- Cancel > 2 Hours beforeFull Refund
- Cancel < 2 Hours before10% Service Fee Deducted
- No Show (Patient absent)No Refund
3. Code of Conduct & Safety
You agree to provide a safe, sanitary, and appropriate environment for Home Visits.
Zero Tolerance: Harassment, verbal abuse, or inappropriate behavior towards any therapist will result in permanent account suspension and reporting to legal authorities.
Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
